  • Fees (Private Pay)

    • Initial Evaluation (60–75 minutes): $350

    • Standard Follow-Up (30 minutes): $200

    • Extended Follow-Up (45 minutes): $250

    • Cancellation Policy

    • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $100 fee.

    • This ensures fairness and allows appointment availability for other clients.
